Data collected on this site
This site sets no advertising cookies and performs no behavioural tracking. The only data processed is what you send us voluntarily: the contact form (name, work email, company, role, headcount, sector, document volume and your message) or a direct email. The form is submitted to our own sending service, hosted in France; it is not handed to any third-party form provider.
Purpose
To answer your request, prepare a demonstration or a commercial proposal. No resale, no transfer to third parties for prospecting.
Retention
Commercial exchanges are kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations.
Data processed inside AI Knowledge Hub
Under a contract, Hekza SD acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Purposes, retention periods, sub-processors (including the named and located language model provider), security measures and exit conditions are detailed in the data processing annex attached to the contract.
