With us the price follows indexed volume, not headcount: every additional user therefore lowers the cost per head, and AI usage is part of the amount. Competitor prices are indicative, publicly listed, and exclude usage.

Prices excluding VAT. 12-month term, two months free when paying annually in advance. Nothing is billed per user: the only variable is how much you index.

The number of indexed documents is the only variable: it drives storage, the vector index and the upkeep work.

The gigabyte equivalents assume an ordinary corporate corpus, around 5 MB per document: it is the easier figure to look up, and whichever of the two you know is enough. Moving from one bracket to the next happens on your anniversary date, never mid-month and never without telling you.
